construction goals
The Soter Vineyards estate residence was built tucked within a stand of fir trees. During construction, meticulous care was taken to preserve the trees. The entrance to the home provides a direct view through the home into the vineyard. The home’s long shape allows for stunning views from every room. Custom-crafted windows and doors highlight the attention to detail that this home boasts. Beautiful clear vertical grain fir cabinets and trim details can be found throughout the home. Hydronic heated floors installed in zones regulate room temperatures while efficiently heating the entire home. The use of reclaimed wood siding and sliding doors made of reclaimed wood & Himalayan salt blocks also reflects the owner’s core value of sustainability.
