construction goals

This client wanted to increase their production space as they were quickly outgrowing their current facility. Must-haves were flexibility of the facility for tank placement, ease of equipment use, and continued growth. Insulated metal panels & roof help keep the winery’s interior barrel rooms at a cool consistent temperature. Large windows allow for natural light and views of the vineyard, tasting room, and beautiful horizon. Phase 2 of this project was to re-purpose an adjacent home into a tasting room.
