Inspired by the McMinnville Gas Headquarters, this company wanted to build a retail space that would add to the architecture of the local community. This space was built to have the flexibility to house 1 to 4 tenants. The design of the CMU & metal panel exterior provides a low maintenance facade. The metal screen on the rooftop hides the mechanical units and smartly utilizes the lot’s space for maximum building square footage. This project went through a lot of adversity with a pandemic, dangerous air quality from wildfires, and international material cost increases, however, we still delivered this build under budget. We enjoyed working with this project team, and are excited to see what this client builds next.
